Shipping

La Adrenalina is not responsible for packages that are sent to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If USPS can not pick up your address there will be a delay in your order being processed.

 

If you realize that your shipping address was entered incorrectly please email immediately sales@laadrenalina.com  to resolve the issue and update the order with the correct shipping address. 

 

If your order is shipped and the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777) directly to track down your package. La Adrenalina does not hold responsibility for packages that are marked delivered.

 

LOCAL PICK UPS

We currently do not allow local pick ups. All orders are processed through our Website and mailed out.

 

TRACK AN ORDER

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update its tracking status). All of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-5 days (once the order has been processed) depending on your location. (Next Day Shipping Is Available. Order Needs to be submitted by 12:00pm Pacific Time to ensure delivery. Depending on location it may take up to 2 business days)
